Wheel powder coating
Custom wheel powder coating for cars, trucks, motorcycles and ATVs. Restore worn wheels or go bold with candy, metallic or two-tone finishes, all prepped, sprayed and cured in our Central Texas shop.
Wheels we coat
Car & truck wheels
Factory alloys, aftermarket wheels and steel wheels. Refresh curb-rashed or faded wheels, or change the look completely.Motorcycle wheels
Cast and spoked wheels for sport bikes, cruisers and dirt bikes. Built by a former motorcycle mechanic who knows how they go back together.4-wheeler & UTV wheels
Tough finishes for wheels that see mud, rocks and trails.Two-tone & accents
Contrasting faces, lips, spokes or windows. Gloss, satin, matte, candy and metallic finishes. Why powder coat your wheels
Powder is sprayed on electrostatically, then baked in our 6′ × 4′ × 4′ oven, so it bonds to the metal. You get a thicker, tougher finish than spray paint that holds up better to chips, brake dust, road salt and car-wash chemicals.

How long does wheel powder coating last?
With normal care, a powder coated wheel holds up for years. It resists chips, brake dust and fading much better than paint. Wash with mild soap and skip harsh acid wheel cleaners.
Do I need to take the tires off?
Yes. Tires, valve stems, TPMS sensors and weights need to come off before coating, because the parts are baked in an oven. Text us if you need help with that.
Can you do two-tone wheels?
Yes. We can coat the face, lip, spokes or windows in different colors. Check the Colors page for ideas.
Can you fix curb rash?
Light curb rash and corrosion are usually cleaned up during prep. Text a photo of the damage and we’ll tell you what to expect.
How long will my wheels take?
Typical turnaround is 10–15 days after drop-off. That isn’t a guarantee, since problems sometimes come up during coating.
